Terms of Use

What you can and can't do with Midrib.

These rules apply to everything you do on Midrib, alongside the Terms of Service.

Use Midrib to do your own work

  • Follow your school's or publisher's rules on sources and AI assistance.
  • Check what Midrib suggests against the sources before you use it.
  • Credit the work of others. Midrib helps you cite; it can't do your checking for you.

Don't

  • Upload files or text you don't have the right to share
  • Try to get into other people's accounts or data
  • Probe, overload or disrupt the service, or get around its limits
  • Scrape Midrib or resell access to it
  • Share your account, or use someone else's API key without their permission
  • Use Midrib to produce content that's unlawful, or that harasses or deceives people

If these rules are broken

We may remove content, limit features, or suspend accounts, as the Terms of Service describe.
